We also wish to declare that when we provide managing service for your travel, we cannot provide insurance, guarantee, or endorse the products or services offered by third-party providers, their financial standing, and the ability to reimburse customers for any loss due to the financial status of the suppliers. If a supplier defaults before providing the product or service to you, although the payment may be made, the supplier who has defaulted will stand as the sole source of reimbursing you in any way, in case a loss is caused by us. In such situations, you can take legal action in court against the defaulting supplier anytime you want.

Any alteration or variation in flight time, cost, or lodging shall not be our responsibility once the final reservation and fee are received to provide the service. We also make clear that we are not responsible for cancellations, overbookings, re-routing, flight delays or strikes, as well as other weather-related issues. It is important to note that rates of exchange for different currencies may differ. The price listed on our website is in the local currency. If we find any indications of suspicious activities or abuse in your account or on a booking, we will end any travel or service reservations that are associated with your account, name, or email address, and also close any accounts associated with us. Additionally, we have the right to initiate any legal action if we find any fraudulent activity by you and will be liable for any financial loss to us, which includes the cost of litigation and damages.
Additional Terms & Conditions will be applicable to your reservation if you are purchasing travel-related products and services from us. If you’ve purchased an airline ticket with us, then review the Terms & Conditions of the company through which the ticket was purchased which can be read on the official airline’s website.
We acknowledge that you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Purchase as stipulated by the company with whom the flights will be booked and that the payments are to be made fully in line with the Terms & Conditions of the company. Airfare is guaranteed only after the purchase and tickets are issued. Prices can be altered by the airlines or other providers without prior announcement. Your reservation can only be canceled if we have received your complete payment within a specified timeframe.
Customers will be allowed to book two (2) one-way tickets rather than round-trip tickets over with us. Combination one-way tickets may be used on the same airline or other airlines. Different rules, limitations, and fees are applicable to every one-way ticket. If the airline changes its schedule or cancels one or all flights, and the passenger has to make a change to one or all of the affected flights, the customer is required to pay the charges incurred in changing the flight that is not affected.
It is also important to acknowledge that breaking the rules and regulations of the supplier concerned could cause the cancellation of your reservation, or denial of access to the travel products and services, forfeiting the amount you paid to make the reservation, and a debit on from your bank account any charges caused by such violations.
If you decide to purchase a flight ticket or other travel-related products and services with us and have made an offer on the same, we reserve the right to take or decline your offer as the Travel Supplier for any reason at our discretion.
The confirmation email we sent to you is just to acknowledge we have received your request, it does not an actual acceptance of your reservation. We will confirm whether the flight ticket, travel service, or product you have requested and then begin the booking process based on availability. The booking will be considered to be final and valid only after the entire payment is received by us along with an acknowledgement from you.
Your reservation (such as the dates of travel, availability of tickets, and price) can only be guaranteed when the travel agency has confirmed the reservation and we’ve issued tickets. Once you have made your booking, any modifications to your reservation (such as the dates, names, or destinations) or cancellations will be made at our discretion as per these Terms & Conditions.
We want to clearly state that neither Goto Traveler nor its business associates/third-party suppliers will be held responsible or accountable if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported because of non-fulfillment of the supplier’s rules and regulations and all that is required from you by the government as per your travel process. In these situations, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement from us in any way.
Be aware that all passengers in your reservation (if you have more than one) will be required to follow the same route. We will not allow you to remove or add any individual passenger from your reservation. Goto Traveler reserves the right to correct any error in any displayed price and, if appropriate, gives you the alternative to either cancel the reservation or permit us to charge an amount equivalent to the price increase from your credit or debit card before your scheduled departure.
The relevant travel provider will send the booking to us. For frequent flyer miles and points it is necessary to confirm this with the appropriate travel provider. After your reservation has been confirmed and the final travel ticket issued, your name(s) and/or destination(s) that you have specified in your reservation cannot be transferred or altered.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees applicable to hotels, airfares, and car rental to your reservation. Additional fuel surcharges and other service fees could be imposed by travel companies if applicable, at the time of check-in. You can directly contact the travel company concerned to inquire about or clarify any questions regarding the fees.
We at Goto Traveler take all debit and credit cards with a valid billing address. The full payment must be paid upon making the reservation. We also require written authorization from us as well as our authorized third-party providers to process the payment to the credit or debit card that we provide to cover the full amount of your reservation. You should make sure you have verified your credit card number as well as the billing address you provide us are true and accepted by the seller. We would also like to remind you that pricing, promotions, and terms of sale could be subject to change at any time without notice.
If your credit card is declined when processing your transaction we’ll try to contact you via email within 72 hours. However, you will not be able to make your transaction if your credit card is denied. We do not promise the fare or other details of your booking. In case of a fare change, you have the right to cancel your reservation without charge, and a service fee.
Goto Traveler will be charging the service fee described in the following. This will be additional to the charges and costs collected from each travel Supplier. Our charges are normally nonrefundable and they apply per passenger or ticket.

Within 24 hours of booking: A fee of up to $100* will be for each passenger ticket, per-ticket basis for U.S. Domestic as well as International flights.
After 24 hours of booking: A fee of up to $200* will be for each passenger ticket, per-ticket basis for U.S. Domestic as well as International flights.
Please note: Goto Traveler is not responsible for any changes to flight tickets outside of its control. It must abide by applicable regulations, rules, and procedures of the airline and policies.
The majority of our flight tickets, vacation packages, hotels, car rentals, and service fees aren’t refundable after 24 hours of making the reservation. All cancellation requests should be submitted to us by phone only.
Refund requests will be considered at our discretion only if you fulfill the following requirements:
The process of processing the refund (if appropriate) could take time, and we cannot give a timeframe. We will inform you about the decision of the travel provider on whether the refund request was accepted. We are unable to guarantee refunds since we rely on the travel company to receive the refund. Once we have approved and confirmed your request for a refund the service provider will impose a penalty on the refund. In addition to the penalties for refunds imposed from the airline as well as other providers, Goto Traveler will also charge any applicable post-ticketing service fees.
